Who we are

FundaFirst HS is operated by ConceptArc Education (OPC) Private Limited. We build misconception-diagnostic tools for high school physics teachers.

What we collect

From teachers: Name, email address, school name, curriculum, and class size — provided when you request a diagnostic pilot via our website form or by email.

From students: Diagnostic responses only, submitted via Google Forms. We do not collect student names, email addresses, login credentials, or any personally identifiable information from students. Students may optionally enter a first name or student ID for their teacher's reference — this is not required and is not used by us for any purpose beyond generating the class report.

How we use it

Teacher contact details are used solely to set up and deliver the diagnostic pilot: sending the diagnostic link, delivering the heatmap report and remediation materials, and follow-up communication about the pilot.

Student diagnostic responses are analysed at class level to generate misconception heatmaps and cohort summaries. We do not create individual student profiles, and we do not use student responses for any purpose other than producing the teacher's report.

What we do not do

We do not sell, share, or rent teacher or student data to any third party. We do not use diagnostic response data to train AI models. We do not serve advertising. We do not create student accounts.

Services we use

Google Forms — collects student diagnostic responses. Data is stored on Google's servers under Google's privacy policy.

Formspree — processes pilot request form submissions from our website.

Netlify — hosts our website. Does not process or store form data.

Google Sheets — used to score and analyse diagnostic responses. Access is restricted to the FundaFirst HS team.

Data retention

Teacher contact details are retained for the duration of the pilot relationship and any follow-up. Diagnostic response data is retained only as long as needed to generate and deliver reports. We delete data on request.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold about you or your students' diagnostic responses. Email admin@fundafirsths.com and we will respond within 5 business days.
